Welcome To Andrew Kingston & Co. Solicitors

Andrew Kingston-Splatt LLB, the Principal of Andrew Kingston & Co. Solicitors, has practiced as a Solicitor in Hull since December 1978. For the majority of that time, he has specialised particularly in Civil and Commercial Litigation, and Debt Recovery work. In particular, we frequently provide advice to employees in relation to Settlement Agreements offered by their employers, and our services to employers include drafting Contracts of Employment and associated policies and procedures. We also on occasion undertake claims brought before Employment Tribunals, in appropriate circumstances.
The firm also undertakes Residential Conveyancing, the preparation of Wills, and work relating to Probate and the Administration of Estates, and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Our offices are at Ground Floor, Lowgate House, Lowgate, Hull, HU1 1EL. Please note that this is our only address and we have no connection with any other firm operating under a similar name, in Hull or elsewhere.
