Andrew Kingston & Co.’s offices are a few yards from the Kingston upon Hull Combined Court Centre in Lowgate, Hull. We are therefore ideally placed to carry out Agency instructions for other solicitors, in relation to any Civil or Commercial Litigation matter.

For any District Judge’s appointment for which we are at Court for no more than 15 minutes including any waiting time, our fixed charge is £100.00 plus V.A.T., to include preparation and reporting. For longer or more complex hearings, we will either negotiate a fixed fee wherever possible or, if preferred, charge for time actually spent at £175.00 per hour plus V.A.T.
