Andrew Kingston is the Principal Solicitor of the firm. Originally from Essex, he obtained a Law Degree from the University of Hull in 1975 and qualified as a Solicitor in December 1978. He worked at the same local firm for the next 26 years, during which time he undertook every type of legal work with which we currently deal, and indeed others with which we do not. He has increasingly specialised in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Commercial Debt Recovery, and work on behalf of residential Landlords. If the need arises, he is also able to deal with Conveyancing and Wills, Probate and LPAs. He formed Andrew Kingston & Co. in September 2004, and is responsible for supervising all aspects of work done by the firm. |

Rachael Kitchman is an Associate Solicitor. She obtained a Law Degree from the University of Hull in 2005, and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2008. She worked at a local law firm, specialising in Civil & Commercial Litigation and Employment Law, until joining Andrew Kingston & Co. in June 2018. Upon doing so she undertook an intensive conversion course and now deals with Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Her litigation background means that she is easily able to deal with any contentious probate issues. She also continues to deal with Employment Law. Her working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday. |

Sameera Sheikh is an Associate Solicitor. She obtained a Law Degree from Leeds Law School in 2009, and worked in various legal firms in Hull, and then a National firm of Licensed Conveyancers, from 2013 onwards. She qualified as a Solicitor in June 2015. She has specialised in Residential Conveyancing throughout her career. She joined Andrew Kingston & Co. in November 2020. Her working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday. |

Kerry Hornby worked for a local legal firm from February 2006 to May 2010, and then a different firm from May 2016 onwards, in each case specialising in Residential Conveyancing both in the UK and abroad. She has obtained the CLT Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Conveyancing, through a course of study with the well-known provider, Central Law Training. She joined Andrew Kingston & Co. in April 2019 as a Conveyancing Executive. Her working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm on Mondays and Thursdays, and 9.00am to 2.00pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. |

Liam Brown worked for the local office of a national legal firm from October 2019 to August 2022, and then a firm based in Lincoln from August 2022 onwards, in each case specialising in Residential Conveyancing. He is due to obtain his LLB (Batchelor of Laws) Degree in Summer 2023, through a course of study with the Open University. He joined Andrew Kingston & Co. in April 2023 as a Conveyancing Executive. After obtaining his Degree he will become a Trainee Solicitor, and will undertake the further academic courses and training needed to qualify as a Solicitor in due course. His working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday. |

Fiona Kingston has worked as a Legal Secretary/Assistant for various local legal firms since 1978. She has particular experience of Civil and Commercial Litigation and Commercial Debt Recovery work, and also deals with Change of Name Deeds. She moved to Andrew Kingston & Co., with her husband, when it was formed in September 2004. |

Rachel Burr has worked for a number of local legal firms since April 2002. She joined Andrew Kingston & Co. in July 2014 as a Legal Secretary/Assistant. She has extensive experience of Residential Conveyancing work. Her working hours are 9.00am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday. |
