|Andrew Kingston is the Principal Solicitor of the firm. Originally from Essex, he obtained a Law Degree from the University of Hull in 1975 and qualified as a Solicitor in December 1978. He worked at the same local firm for the next 26 years, during which time he undertook every type of legal work with which we currently deal, and indeed others with which we do not. He has increasingly specialised in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Commercial Debt Recovery, and work on behalf of residential Landlords. If the need arises, he is also able to deal with Conveyancing and Wills, Probate and LPAs. He formed Andrew Kingston & Co. in September 2004, and is responsible for supervising all aspects of work done by the firm.|
|Mina Andreakos is an Associate Solicitor. Having lived in Greece until the age of 14, she obtained a Law Degree from the University of Hull in 2008, and worked in various legal firms in Hull and West Yorkshire from 2008 until joining Andrew Kingston & Co. in March 2013. She qualified as a Solicitor in November 2015. Having initially dealt with Employment Law she has specialised in Residential Conveyancing since January 2015, being appointed as Head of Conveyancing with effect from 1st January 2017. She was the President of the Hull Incorporated Law Society for the year 2017/2018.
Her current working hours are 8.00am to 12.30pm on Mondays and Fridays, and 1.00pm to 7.00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
|Rachael Kitchman is an Associate Solicitor. She obtained a Law Degree from the University of Hull in 2005, and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2008. She worked at a local law firm, specialising in Civil & Commercial Litigation and Employment Law, until joining Andrew Kingston & Co. in June 2018. Upon doing so she undertook an intensive conversion course and now deals with Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Her litigation background means that she is easily able to deal with any contentious probate issues. She also continues to deal with Employment Law.
Her working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday.
|Rosie Watson is an Assistant Solicitor. She obtained a Law Degree from the University of Hull in 2014, at the same time working part time for a local legal firm. She moved to a firm in North Yorkshire, until joining Andrew Kingston & Co. in October 2016. She qualified as a Solicitor in December 2019. She specialises in Residential Conveyancing and Wills & Probate, and also deals with Debt Collection.|
|Kerry Hornby worked for a local legal firm from February 2006 to May 2010, and then a different firm from May 2016 onwards, in each case specialising in Residential Conveyancing both in the UK and abroad. She has obtained the CLT Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Conveyancing, through a course of study with the well-known provider, Central Law Training. She joined Andrew Kingston & Co. in April 2019 as a Conveyancing Executive. Her current working hours are 9.00am to 1.00pm from Monday to Friday.|
|Fiona Kingston has worked as a Legal Secretary/Assistant for various local legal firms since 1978. She has particular experience of Civil and Commercial Litigation and Commercial Debt Recovery work, and also deals with Change of Name Deeds. She moved to Andrew Kingston & Co., with her husband, when it was formed in September 2004.|
|Rachel Burr has worked for a number of local legal firms since April 2002. She joined Andrew Kingston & Co. in July 2014 as a Legal Secretary/Assistant. She has extensive experience of Residential Conveyancing work.|
|Donna Francis has worked for several legal firms, both locally and in Leeds, since December 1998. She has specialised throughout that time in Residential Conveyancing work. She joined Andrew Kingston & Co. in April 2019 as a Conveyancing Assistant.|
